LOCK-IN HOUSE RULES

Every player under 13 years old, must be always accompanied by an adult.

Emergency contact information on file for all players under 18 years of age.

Contender eSports Rules and Guidelines must be adhered to.

Players 13-17 years old, must have a release form on file with their local Contender Esports HUB

Contender eSports can remove any player at their discretion.

It is the responsibility of the guardian to instruct the minor to stay in the store.
